North America · OEM/ODM Sourcing Guide
FDA / MoCRA compliance, the 2026 clean-beauty trends buyers actually care about, and a transparent order-to-delivery process — plus exactly how our factory delivers all three.
If you run a hair care brand in the US or Canada — or you are a distributor preparing to expand into North America — your checklist for choosing an OEM/ODM factory probably looks something like this:
- FDA compliance, fully in place. Not “close enough.” Actually in place, and verifiable.
- Ingredients that withstand scrutiny. Whether the reader is a salon, a retail chain, or a careful online shopper going through the ingredient list line by line.
- A brand image that stays intact. You built it with time and money; it should not be put at risk by a manufacturer’s oversight.
These standards are high, but they are not out of reach. Here is specifically how our factory meets each one — with documents and facts, not slogans.
01 — Compliance
North American compliance thresholds — we’ve already prepared them for you
The Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA) is the most significant overhaul of US cosmetics regulation in over 80 years, and its core requirements are now in full effect — placing new obligations on both OEM/ODM factories and brand owners. Here are the four that matter most, and where we stand on each.
FDA cosmetic facility registration
MoCRA requires every facility making cosmetics for the US market to register with the FDA and renew that registration every two years. Products from unregistered facilities cannot legally enter the US. We hold an active FDA facility registration and can share the details for your verification at any time.
INCI ingredient naming
US labels must list every ingredient using INCI standard names. Each of our formulas already has an INCI-compliant English ingredient list, ready to drop straight onto your US labels — saving you the work of compiling and cross-checking them yourself.
Third-party safety testing
North American retailers and distributors usually require authoritative third-party test reports before a product goes on shelf. We work with internationally accredited labs such as SGS and Intertek, and keep complete safety reports on file — covering heavy metals, microbiology, skin irritation and more.
GMPC + ISO 22716 certification
Our production complies with international GMP standards, and we hold both GMPC and ISO 22716 certificates. Full certification documents are available for your customers or regulators to review.

In short: every compliance document you need to satisfy North American customers and regulators is ready — you just have to ask for it.
02 — Demand
The product directions North American buyers care about most in 2026
Here are the four directions with the strongest, most stable demand right now — and what we can build for you in each.
Ammonia-free / clean-beauty professional line
Clean Beauty keeps gaining ground: over 65% of consumers now actively read ingredient lists, and “ammonia-free” and “PPD-free” have shifted from selling points to baseline expectations.
What we offerAn ammonia-free color line already serving several North American private-label clients — mature, stable formulas with a shade range that covers the mainstream professional palette.
Bond-building color protection & repair
Led by Olaplex, “repair while you color” is now standard thinking in North American salon channels, and shoppers will pay a premium for color that also cares for hair.
What we offerA dedicated color-protecting formula that builds amino acids and repair actives into the color system, giving your product a real performance edge.
Plant-based / organic formulas
Botanical ingredients and organic credentials carry growing weight in the North American mid-to-premium tier, where shoppers trade up for a cleaner story.
What we offerAn herbal formula series that flexes to match your brand positioning, supporting differentiated, premium development.
Sustainable packaging
More than half of North American millennials say packaging sustainability directly shapes what they buy — it is no longer a nice-to-have.
What we offerCustom packaging in recyclable materials, quoted to your exact specification.
