After-Sales & Quality Assurance Policy

As a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service. This policy outlines our principles for quality assurance and after-sales support following product delivery.

1. Quality Assurance

  • Compliant Production: All products are manufactured in facilities that comply with GMPC and ISO22716 standards.

  • Rigorous Inspection: Each batch of products undergoes strict quality inspection prior to shipment. We can provide corresponding inspection reports or certificates of conformity upon client request.
  • Standard Warranty Period: Under proper transportation and storage conditions, our standard quality warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery. The specific warranty period can be separately agreed upon in the contract.

2. Process for Addressing Post-Sales Issues

  1. Problem Reporting: If a client suspects a quality issue upon receipt of products, they should notify us in writing promptly (typically within 30 days of delivery), providing relevant batch information, photos, or video evidence.

  2. Joint Investigation: Upon notification, we will immediately initiate an investigation, which includes reviewing production records, testing retained samples, and potentially arranging third-party testing of sealed retained samples jointly with the client.

  3. Liability Determination & Resolution: If confirmed to be caused by our manufacturing responsibility, we will undertake corresponding liability. Solutions may include, but are not limited to, replacement, re-production, or, upon mutual agreement, credit compensation or refund. The specific solution will be determined based on the contract terms and the severity of the issue.

3. Important Notes

  • Nature of Custom Products: As OEM/ODM products are developed and manufactured according to specific client requirements, we generally do not accept returns or refunds without cause. All customization requirements (including color, scent, formula) must be confirmed in writing by both parties before production.

  • Non-Covered Circumstances: This quality assurance does not cover issues resulting from improper storage by the client, unauthorized modification, or force majeure events.
