This website is a platform for Mingli Factory ("we," "us," or "our") to showcase our cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturing capabilities, for brand promotion, and to establish contact with potential business clients. All descriptions of products, technologies, and capacities on the Site are invitations to treat and do not constitute a legally binding sales offer. Specific cooperation terms shall be subject to the formal Manufacturing Agreement or Product Development Agreement signed by both parties.
2. Intellectual Property
Site Content: All content on this Site (including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of us or relevant rights holders. No one may reproduce, distribute, or use it for commercial purposes without explicit written authorization.
Client Assets: We fully respect our clients' intellectual property.
For proprietary formulas, brand logos, packaging designs, etc., independently provided by the client or developed by us under commission for which the client has paid corresponding fees, the intellectual property rights shall be stipulated in the specific contract. We pledge to protect such assets rigorously.
